Operations Coordinator, Y-Space

Purpose:

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Y-Space and deliver a high-quality client experience that supports strong space utilization and revenue generation. Manage inquiries, tours, bookings, and event coordination while maintaining facility standards, safety, and accurate operational records in line with BYLC policies and applicable regulations.

Major responsibilities (detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)

● Manage daily operations of Y-Space, ensuring opening/closing procedures, readiness, cleanliness, and safety standards
● Coordinate room bookings, desk allocations, schedules, and overall space organization
● Liaise with vendors and support teams (cleaning, IT, maintenance, security) and manage supplies/inventory
● Develop and implement the Y-Space Operational Manual, Annual Operational Plan, and monitor the Business Plan
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; deliver onboarding, ensure excellent service, and retain members
● Support marketing and sales conversion via on-ground outreach (60%) + digital channels (40%), collaborating with BYLC marketing
● Drive lead generation, tours, pitching, follow-ups, upselling, and support monthly/quarterly revenue targets
● Coordinate events/trainings logistics, ensure smooth execution, and maintain booking logs, invoicing support, and performance reports

Desired candidate profile:

Education:

● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field

Experience:

● 1–3 years (operations/customer service/coworking/hospitality/event coordination or relevant)

Professional qualification:

● Preferred—training/certification in customer service, sales, event management, or facilities operations
