Career Center Launch at Lalmatia Mohilla College with National University Partnership

BYLC OPD launched its first on-campus Career Center at Lalmatia Mohilla College, in partnership with National University. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the Vice Chancellor of National University, highlighting a major milestone in expanding career support services to national university students. The Career Center is envisioned as a dedicated space to provide career guidance, skill-building resources, and job readiness support.

As part of the next steps, a Steering Committee is being formed to oversee the center’s strategic direction and ensure alignment with student needs and institutional goals. A comprehensive needs assessment is currently underway to design responsive and student-centered services, ahead of the center’s full launch in July 2025 with regular workshops, counseling sessions, and placement support.

This partnership signifies BYLC OPD’s commitment to institutionalizing career services within the public university system, ensuring that students from all backgrounds have access to the tools and support needed for meaningful employment.
