Professional Development

 Launched in 2016, BYLC’s Office of Professional Development (OPD) was established to equip youth, particularly BYLC alumni, with the skills, strategies, and opportunities needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving 21st century workforce.

Entrepreneurship Development

Founded in 2018, BYLC Ventures supports young entrepreneurs by providing entrepreneurial skills development, co-working space, seed funding, and scale-up funding

Online Courses

To expand access to leadership and professional development training, BYLC launched BYLCx in 2017. The platform offers self-paced online courses in leadership, communication, professional development, entrepreneurship, and climate science.
