SheStrikes

SheStrikes is a social community service project supported by BYLC that empowers adolescent girls in underprivileged urban areas by building self-defense skills, mental resilience, and legal awareness. Implemented at Railway Public School, UCEP Bangladesh, and Housing State, the project addressed harassment, limited reporting knowledge, and low self-efficacy through a holistic model combining physical training, mental health awareness, and legal literacy. In 2025, the project implemented over 14 workshops, trained 311 students, and ensured legal awareness among 130 boys and girls, demonstrating strong outreach and community impact.
