The BYLC Graduate Network (BGN) is an alumni association of Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC). Governed by an elected board of the BYLC graduates, BGN aims at creating an enabling platform for the BYLC graduates to exercise leadership for individual as well as community development.
A vibrant platform that integrates into and enables the BYLC graduates to connect with and support each other in development, personal and professional, and to positively impact social issues through inspired leadership.
The mission of BGN is to foster pride in, belonging to and lifelong engagement to the vision and values of BYLC, to act as the communications portal for graduates, friends and partners of BYLC at home and abroad and to nurture the diversity, excellence and leadership ventures of the graduates in service to the greater community.

Every year during the holy month of Ramadan, BGN brings together graduates to reconnect with their batch mates and mentors
The most popular alumni event, BGN Adda allows graduates to come together in a casual setting to discuss current social issues, gossip on fun topics, and tune their guitars over a cup of coffee or a plate of fuchka.

BGN celebrates BYLC’s birthday on January, 7 at BYLC headquarters with all the staff, alumni, and well-wishers of BYLC.

An annual effort every winter to collect and distribute warm clothes and blankets for underprivileged people from different rural areas.
For every attendee at the BYLC graduates’ reunion iftar, BGN provides an iftar for one underprivileged child.
The Office of Professional Development (OPD), a key unit of the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), aims to provide students, fresh graduates, and young professionals with the best in class professional development training and placement services.
